To amend the Steveston Area Plan land use designation of 12511 No. 2 Road from Industrial to Multiple Family, to permit development of townhouses.

To amend the Zoning and Development Bylaw 5300 as it relates to Comprehensive Development District (CD/28) to:

(a)   increase the permitted floor area ratio for covered areas opened on one or more sides from the current 0.03 to 0.10, and

(b)   to delete the maximum restriction on the number of dwelling units per acre which is controlled under the Official Community Plan.
