Mr. Chris Barbati, Vice President Development, Polygon Leighton Court Ltd., provided information on the proposed development, such as (i) adjacent developments and businesses; (ii) the benefits offered by the project to the surrounding community, including the establishment of a pedestrian greenway and pedestrian paths to adjacent streets as part of the proposed ring road; and (iii) the form and character of the development. |

Mr. Man Yiu and Helena Leung, 7751 Heather Street (Schedule 2), voiced strong opposition to the proposed project because of the financial hardships which the proposed project and adjacent future development (Palladium Development) would cause them. |

Mr. Mark Kahn, owner of Capital West Holdings Ltd., spoke about the feasibility of integrating 7751 Heather Street as part of the project, which he indicated was not part of the land assembly for the current development, and the inclusion of 7731 Heather Street to provide a ring road. |

Ms. Catherine Kales, of 7731 Heather Street, spoke about the creation of the ring road. |

Simon advised that Mr. Wong objected to the proposed townhouse development because of (i) the impact which the development would have on the value of his property; and (ii) the number of dwelling units to be constructed. |
