  1. ZONING AMENDMENT BYLAW 7277 (RZ 01-189299)
(7651 Acheson Road; Applicant: Danny Lung)
    Applicants Comments:
Mr. Lung was present to answer any questions that may have come forth.
    Written Submissions:
Mr. G. Retallick, 7660 Acheson Road Schedule 1.
    Submissions from the floor:

Ms. Monk, 7560 Acheson Road, said that she agreed with the information contained in Mr. Retallicks letter. Ms. Monk asked if the shared driveway concept, and garages in the back, were now established requirements. Ms. Monk did not consider either to be feasible on the south side of Acheson Road. Concern was expressed by Ms. Monk that neighbourhood residents

had not been given an opportunity for comment on changed neighbourhood policies. Of further concern was the length of time it had taken for homes with a shared driveway to sell and the fact that her property could not now be subdivided with three garages and three driveways.
