Purpose: To amend Comprehensive Development District (CD/79) by reducing the minimum lot size required for a building from 4645 m2 (50,000 ft2) to 1865 m2 (20,075 ft2)

To rezone the subject properties from Single-Family Housing District, Subdivision Area E (R1/E) to Comprehensive Development District (CD/79) in order to permit the development of nine multiple family townhouse units.
