Location/s: 9511 No. 2 Road

Applicant/s: Dolly and Michael Coquinco

Purpose: To rezone the subject property from Single Family Housing District, Subdivision Area E (R1/E) to Single Family Housing District, Subdivision Area K (R1/K), to permit development of two single family homes.
First Reading: December 11, 2000

PROPOSED SINGLE FAMILY LOT SIZE POLICY (Section 24-4-7)
Recommendation: That Single Family Lot Size Policy No. 5453, adopted by Council in November 1993, which permits properties fronting No.2 Road to subdivide to R1/E size lots, be amended to exclude those properties fronting the west side of No.2 Road between Blundell Road and Francis Road.
ZONING AMENDMENT BYLAW 7195 (RZ 00-175145)
Location/s: 8571 No. 2 Road
Applicant/s: Heather Sansom
Purpose: To rezone the subject property from Single Family Housing District, Subdivision Area E (R1/E) to Single Family Housing District, Subdivision Area B (R1/B), in order to permit a two lot residential subdivision.

Recommendation: That Single Family Lot Size Policy No. 5408, adopted by Council in April 1989, which permits properties fronting No.2 Road to subdivide to R1/B size lots, be amended to exclude those properties fronting the east side of No. 2 Road between Comstock Road and Blundell Road.
ZONING AMENDMENT BYLAW 7196 (RZ 00-178555)

Purpose: To rezone the subject properties from Single Family Housing District, Subdivision Area E (R1/E) to Single Family Housing District, Subdivision Area A (R1/A), to permit the construction of five new homes
