Purpose of OCP Designation Amendement: To amend the area designated as an Environmentally Sensitive Area (ESA) from all of 11251 Dyke Road to the area within 30 m (98.43 ft.) of the high water mark of the Fraser River and 5 m (16.40 ft.) of the eastern boundary of the Shell Road right-of-way in order to protect the foreshore and Agricultural Land Reserve boundary only.
Purpose of Zoning Amendement: To rezone the subject property from Light Industrial District (I2) to Business Park Industrial District (I3) in order to permit the development of an office/warehouse building.
