Joanne Pulis expressed her concerns regarding lot size and siting. The lot size is inconsistent with current properties in this area and the driveway access configuration would not allow for clear passage of vehicles. |

Mr. Dana Westermark, 21 - 4111 Garry Street, said that the proposed amendment would have long term affects that should be considered. Economically viable transit would be affected as would land values, which would rise and impact affordable housing. It would also be difficult to find property for townhouse development. |
