Mr. Tom Bell, of Gomberoff Policzer Bell Architects, on behalf of Cedar Developments (Princess Lane) Corp., explained the project through the use of a scale model of the project, site elevation plans and artists renderings. |

Mr. Curtis Eyestone, 6471 Dyke Road, provided Council with a written submission (Schedule 2). With the aid of a drawing, Mr. Eyestone then explained his opposition to the project, questioning the application process, setbacks and the lack of compliance to the OCP requirements. |

Mr. Dana Westermark and Mr. Tom Bell responded to the concerns of the previous speaker, during which they provided information on setbacks, noise concerns, elevations, access and site configuration. |
