In response to queries from Committee, Levi Higgs, Corporate Energy Manager accompanied by Peter Russell, Senior Manager, Sustainability and District Energy provided clarification on the management of Parrot’s feather, an invasive species often found in aquariums and public reporting as a requirement in receiving carbon tax funds. Mr. Higgs and Mr. Russell also provided comments on the Northeast Bog project. |

That the 2015 Climate Change Action Charter information, identified in the Climate Action Revenue Incentive Program (CARIP) and Carbon Neutral Progress Report from the Director, Engineering dated April 27, 2016, be received for information. |

That, in accordance with Provincial requirements, the CARIP Report and Carbon Neutral Progress Report be posted on the City’s website for public access. |
