STAFF RECOMMENDATION

(1)

That the report dated October 21, 2009 from the Chief Administrative Officer entitled ‘Richmond Olympic Oval Corporation Board Interim Review’ be received for information; and

(2)

That Council continue to support the Interim Board and corporate governance model as it is presently constituted in relation to the governance, management and operation of the Richmond Olympic Oval on the understanding that a final evaluation report and recommendations will be conducted in 2010 to coincide with completion of the Oval Conversion Project and establishment of the Community Legacy model Oval.
