That an oral report on a personnel matter be added to the agenda as Item 4, and that this item be deemed in compliance with the following closed meeting criteria specified in section 90 of the Community Charter: |

Committee hereby declares that the meeting held on Monday, January 19th, 2004 is to be closed to the public and that the basis of this closure is that the following items on the agenda of this meeting comply with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter: |
