EXTENSION OF THE 2% HOTEL ROOM TAX

It was moved and seconded |

(1) |
That Bylaw 7810, which requests the Provincial Government to extend the existing October 1st , 2004 date to which the 2% municipal hotel room tax applies, be introduced and given first, second and third readings. |

(2) |
That the Lieutenant Governor in Council be requested to issue any Order in Council which is necessary in order to implement or effect Bylaw No. 7810. |
