The Acting Mayor called the meeting to order at 4:14 p.m.

It was moved and seconded

That the minutes of the meeting of the General Purposes Committee held on Monday, May 7^th, 2001, be adopted as circulated.

COUNCIL REMUNERATION AND EXPENSES FOR 2000 
(Report: May 8/01, File No.: 0105-08) (REDMS No. 364068)

The General Manager, Finance & Corporate Services, Jim Bruce, briefly reviewed the report with the Committee.

It was moved and seconded

That the report (dated May 8^th, 2001, from the General Manager, Finance & Corporate Services) regarding the Year 2000 Council Remuneration and Expenses, be received for information.

CARRIED

It was moved and seconded

That the meeting adjourn (4:14 p.m.).
