Motion to adopt the minutes of the Development Permit Panel meeting held on October 25, 2017.

That a Development Permit be issued which would:

 

 

1.

permit the construction of 47 townhouse units at 10475, 10491, 10511, 10531, 10551, 10571, 10591 and 10631 No. 5 Road on a site zoned “Medium Density Townhouses (RTM3)”; and

 

 

2.

vary the provisions of Richmond Zoning Bylaw 8500 to:
