Motion to adopt the minutes of the meeting of the Development Permit Panel held on Wednesday, July 13, 2011.

INTENT OF PERMIT:

 

 

1.

Permit the construction of two (2) back-to-back duplexes at 7900 Bennett Road on a site zoned “Infill Residential (RI2)”; and

 

 

2.

Vary the provisions of the Richmond Zoning Bylaw No. 8500 to permit a 0.5m building projection beyond the vertical height envelope.

That a Development Permit be issued which would:

 

 

1.

Permit subdivision of 8180 Ash Street into six (6) lots zoned “Single Detached (RS1/B)” for the purpose of developing affordable single-family dwellings, and;

 

 

2.

Vary the provisions of Richmond Zoning Bylaw 8500 to:

 

 

 

a)

the minimum lot width from 12 m to 8.3 m for proposed Lot 5; and

 

 

 

b)

the minimum lot frontage from 6 m to 0.38 m for proposed Lot 4, to 2.7 m for proposed Lot 5 and to 0.60 m for proposed Lot 6.
