Bud Jamal, representing the owner, accompanied Tom Yamamoto, Architect. Mr. Yamamoto advised the Panel that he was available to respond to questions. |

Staff Comments |
|
|
Jean Lamontagne, Director of Development stated that the Development Permit application was given favourable consideration by the Development Permit Panel in August, 2004. Some details in the design were not finalized. The only difference in the application is that one adaptable unit has been incorporated into the design. |

In response to a query, Mr. Lamontagne advised that due to the absence of any trees on the site, the City’s tree replacement guidelines do not apply to this application. |
