b) |

|
In answer to a question regarding accessible units, Architect Tomizo Yamamoto advised that three units have been developed with provisions made for universal access. In addition, it would be possible to make provisions to include wood blocking to provide for the installation of grab bars in the standard washrooms in all other units in the development. |
