Call to Order:

Mayor Brodie called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m.

Mayor Brodie recessed the meeting at 4:02 p.m. for the Open Public Works & Transportation Committee, and the Open and Closed Parks, Recreation & Cultural Committee meetings.

The meeting reconvened at 4:25 p.m. following the Open Public Works & Transportation Committee, and the Open and Closed Parks, Recreation & Cultural Committee meetings with all members of Council present.

CLOSURE OF THE COUNCIL MEETING TO THE PUBLIC AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE COMMUNITY CHARTER CLOSED MEETING CRITERIA

Council hereby declares that the meeting held at 4:00 p.m. on December 18, 2024, is to be closed to the public and that the basis of this closure is that the following items on the agenda of this meeting comply with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

Items 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7

90(1)(a) -   personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality;

Item 2

90(1)(j) -    information that is prohibited, or information that if it were presented in a document would be prohibited, from disclosure under section 21 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act; and

Item 3

90(1)(c) -   labour relations or other employee relations.
