Mayor Brodie called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

CALL TO ORDER IN OPEN SESSION

Mayor Brodie recessed the meeting at 4:01 p.m. for the Open General Purposes and Finance Committees and Closed General Purposes Committee.

The meeting reconvened at 6:17 p.m. with all members of Council present.

That Councillor Day and Councillor Gillanders be permitted to join the meeting electronically.

CLOSURE OF THE COUNCIL MEETING TO THE PUBLIC AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE COMMUNITY CHARTER CLOSED MEETING CRITERIA

Council hereby declares that the meeting held at 4:00 p.m. on December 2, 2024, is to be closed to the public and that the basis of this closure is that the following items on the agenda of this meeting comply with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:
