Official Community Plan Bylaw 7100, Schedule 2.10 (City Centre Area Plan), including amending infrastructure policies to clarify the City’s intent regarding the coordination of dike improvements with new development and amending the land use designations in the Generalized Land Use Map (2031), Specific Land Use Map: Capstan Village (2031), Specific Land Use Map: Aberdeen Village (2031) and reference maps throughout the Plan to relocate park, road, pedestrian linkages and commercial uses in the vicinity of 7840 River Road, 7711 River Road and a portion of 7851 River Road,

(2)

That Bylaw 10213, having been considered in conjunction with:

 

 

 

 

(a)

the City’s Financial Plan and Capital Program;

is hereby found to be consistent with said program and plans, in accordance with Section 477(3)(a) of the Local Government Act.

That Bylaw 10213, having been considered in accordance with OCP Bylaw Preparation Consultation Policy 5043, is hereby found not to require further consultation.
