Call to Order:

Mayor Brodie called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

Mayor Brodie recessed the meeting at 4:00 p.m. for the General Purposes Committee meetings.

The meeting reconvened at 5:21 p.m. with all members of Council present.

Mayor Brodie advised that Item No. 1 – Land Matter will be removed from the agenda.

AGENDA ADDITIONS AND COMMUNITY CHARTER CLOSED MEETING COMPLIANCE FOR ADDITIONAL ITEMS

It was moved and seconded

That Labour Relations be added to the agenda as an additional item and that this item be deemed in compliance with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

90(1)(c)   labour relations or other employee relations.
