Mayor Brodie called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

Mayor Brodie recessed the meeting at 4:01 p.m. for the General Purposes Committee and Finance Committee meetings.

The meeting reconvened at 5:46 p.m. with all members of Council present.

AGENDA ADDITIONS (AND DELETIONS) AND COMMUNITY CHARTER CLOSED MEETING COMPLIANCE FOR ADDITIONAL ITEMS

It was moved and seconded

That Personnel Matter, be added to the agenda as an additional item and that this item be deemed in compliance with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

90(1)(a) - personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality.

CLOSURE OF THE COUNCIL MEETING TO THE PUBLIC AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE COMMUNITY CHARTER CLOSED MEETING CRITERIA

Council hereby declares that the meeting held at 4:00 p.m. on February 7, 2022, is to be closed to the public and that the basis of this closure is that the following items on the agenda of this meeting comply with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

90(1)(g) -   litigation or potential litigation affecting the municipality; and

90(1)(i) -    the receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
