10100 Severn Drive – Appeal of Order to Comply 
(File Ref. No.: 12-8080-05) (REDMS No. 6672592 v. 2; 6662493; 6681403; 6674197)

Staff reviewed the appeal, noting that the property owner has taken action to comply with the order by removing derelict vehicles, the shipping container and other items on the property. Staff added one derelict vehicle remains on-site, as permitted.

That the Order to Comply issued for contraventions of Unsightly Premises Regulation Bylaw No. 7162 related to the property at 10100 Severn Drive be rescinded.
