STAFF RECOMMENDATION

(1)

That Council, pursuant to s.60(3) of the Community Charter, cancel the business licence issued to Shameless Buns Inc. (doing business as Shameless Buns) for conducting or carrying on business at the private property locations of  3971 Bayview Street, City of Richmond,  3551 Moncton Street, City of Richmond, and 13575 Commerce Pkwy, City of Richmond.

That Council adopt as its own the Reasons attached as APPENDIX “A”  to the report titled “Cancellation of Business Licence Issued to Shameless Buns Inc. (doing business as Shameless Buns)”, dated April 29, 2021, from the General Manager Community Safety, as Council’s written reasons for the cancellation of the business licence contemplated by Recommendation 1 of this report.
