Call to Order:

Mayor Brodie called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

Mayor Brodie recessed the meeting at 4:01 p.m. for the Special (Open) Council meeting and the Open and Closed General Purposes Committee meetings.

The meeting reconvened at 6:00 p.m. with Mayor Brodie and Councillors Au and Loo present, and Councillors Day, Greene, Loo, McNulty, McPhail, Steves and Wolfe present by teleconference.

CLOSURE OF THE COUNCIL MEETING TO THE PUBLIC AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE COMMUNITY CHARTER CLOSED MEETING CRITERIA

Council hereby declares that the meeting held at 4:00 p.m. on November 2, 2020, is to be closed to the public and that the basis of this closure is that the following items on the agenda of this meeting comply with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

90(1)(c) -   labour relations or other employee relations.
