STAFF RECOMMENDATION |
|||
|
|
|
(1) |
That the house and associated residential structures, including sheds and outbuildings, at 12620 No. 3 Road are declared a nuisance and the owners be required to demolish all structures within 60 days of the date this motion is passed by Council; and |
||
|
|
|
(2) |
That the appeal be denied and that the Order to Comply issued for contraventions of Unsightly Premises Regulation Bylaw No. 7162 related to the property at 12620 No. 3 Road be confirmed. |
