That a report on Outstanding Litigation, be added to the agenda as an additional item and that this item be deemed in compliance with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

90(1)(i) -    the receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
