That Police Matters be added to the Agenda as Item no. 7 and Council hereby declares that the meeting held on November 26, 2018, is to be closed to the public, and that the basis of this closure is that the following items on the agenda of this meeting comply with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter: |

90(1)(a) - personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality; |
