Call to Order:

Mayor Brodie called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

AGENDA ADDITIONS (AND DELETIONS) AND COMMUNITY CHARTER CLOSED MEETING COMPLIANCE FOR ADDITIONAL ITEMS

It was moved and seconded

That Land Matter, be added to the agenda as an additional item and that this item be deemed in compliance with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

90(1)(e) -   the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality.

CARRIED

Mayor Brodie recessed the meeting at 6:01 p.m.

The meeting reconvened at 6:10 p.m. will all members of Council present.

CLOSURE OF THE COUNCIL MEETING TO THE PUBLIC AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE COMMUNITY CHARTER CLOSED MEETING CRITERIA

Council hereby declares that the meeting held on September 11, 2017, is to be closed to the public, and that the basis of this closure is that the following items on the agenda of this meeting comply with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

Item 1

90(1)(c) -    labour relations or other employee relations; and

Items 2 & 3

90(1)(e) -    the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality.
