That the Chair’s report, which includes an extract of the minutes for the Development Permit Panel meeting held on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, be received for information; and

(2)

That the recommendation of the Panel to authorize the issuance of a Development Permit (DP 14-677603) for the property at 10760 Aintree Crescent be endorsed, and the Permit so issued.
