CLOSURE OF THE COMMITTEE MEETING TO THE PUBLIC AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE COMMUNITY CHARTER CLOSED MEETING CRITERIA

Committee hereby declares that the meeting held on Monday, September 10, 2012, is to be closed to the public, and that the basis of this closure is that the following items on the agenda of this meeting comply with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

Item 1

90(1)(a) - personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality;

Item 2

90(2)(b) -   the consideration of information received and held in confidence relating to negotiations between the municipality and a provincial government or the federal government, or both, or between a provincial government or the federal government or both and a third party; and

Item 3

90(1)(c) -    labour relations or other employee relations.

That the minutes of the Regular (closed) Council Meeting held on Monday, July 23, 2012, and the minutes of the Special (closed) Council Meeting held on Tuesday, July 24, 2012, be adopted as circulated.
