Mayor Brodie called the meeting to order in open session at 6:15 p.m.

That the YVR Appointment Process, be added to the agenda as Item 4; and

(2)

Council hereby declares that the meeting held on Monday, April 11, 2011 is to be closed to the public and that the basis of this closure is that the following items on the agenda of this meeting comply with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

Item 1

90(1)(e) -           the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality;

Item 2

90(1)(c) -           labour relations or other employee relations;

Item 3

90(1)(e) -           the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality; and
