MOTION TO CONSIDER WAIVING PROVISIONS OF THE COUNCIL PROCEDURE BYLAW IN RELATION TO ELECTRONIC MEETINGS

That the provisions of Section 1.4 of Council Procedure Bylaw No. 7560 which limit the conduct and participation by electronic means to Special Council Meetings only be extended such that the conduct and participation by electronic means be permitted at all duly called Committee meetings held in January 2010.
