It was moved and seconded

That an oral report regarding the Gateway Theatre be added to the agenda as Item 5; and

(2)

Council hereby declares that the meeting held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 12^th, 2006  is to be closed to the public and that the basis of this closure is that the following item on the agenda of this meeting complies with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

Items 1, 2, 3 and 4

90(1)(a) - personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality;

Items 5 and 6

90(1)(c) -labour relations or other employee relations.
