Council hereby declares that the meeting held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, November 14^th, 2005, is to be closed to the public and that the basis of this closure is to adopt the minutes of the Regular (closed) Council Meeting held on Monday, October 24^th, 2005, and to receive for information, the closed minutes of the General Purposes Committee meeting held on Monday, November 7^th, 2005; and:

That Item No. 1 be referred to the Regular (open) Council Meeting to be held later on this date.
