That  letters be sent to:

(a)

Richmond MLAs (the Hon. Geoff Plant, the Hon. Linda Reid, and the Hon. Greg Halsey-Brandt) requesting a meeting in connection with Bill 27; and
 

(b)

the Premier, with copies to Minister George Abbott, the UBCM, the GVRD, the GVRD Mayors, LMTAC and the Land Reserve Commission, advising that Council has serious concerns about Bill 27, and in particular about the lack of requirements for First Nations to consult with municipalities when requesting ALR exclusions.
