APPOINTMENT OF APPROVING OFFICERS
(Report:  Oct. 16/2003, File No.:  0172-02) (REDMS No. 1080055)
 

 

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

 

 

(1)

That Part (2) of Resolution No. R98/13-24, adopted by Council on Monday, July 13th, 1998, regarding the appointment of Approving Officers for the City, be rescinded.
 

 

 

(2)

That Mr. Holger Burke (Development Coordinator) be appointed as Approving Officer for the City; and that Mr. Al Schmidt (Supervisor of Urban Development), be appointed Approving Officer in the absence of Mr. Burke; and that Mr. Joe Erceg (Manager, Development Applications) be appointed as Approving Officer in the absence of both Mr. Burke and Mr. Schmidt.
