That the Lease agreement for a portion of the Water Lot N at 7411 River Road between the City and the University of British Columbia (as outlined in Attachment 1 to the report dated July 21st, 2004, from the Director of Parks Operations and the Manager, Parks Programs, Planning & Design) be approved; and

 

 

(2)

That the UBC Boathouse Facility Agreement detailing the operation and future facility program opportunities (as outlined in Attachment 2), be approved.
