That Mr. Jim Bruce, General Manager, Finance & Corporate Services, be appointed as the City's voting delegate to the Municipal Insurance Association, and that Ms. Rebecca Bittel, Staff Solicitor, be appointed as the alternate with full voting privileges, until December 8^th, 2003.
